Shipping policy
Where We Deliver
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom.
All orders are delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout. We do not offer collection in person.
Order Cut-Off
Our daily order cut-off is 5:00pm UK time (Europe/London), Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 5:00pm on a working day are treated as received that day. Orders placed after 5:00pm, or at a weekend or on a UK public holiday, are treated as received on the next working day.
In this policy, "working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Handling Time
Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 1 working day of being received. Orders are handled and dispatched Monday to Friday only.
Transit Time
Once dispatched, transit takes 3–10 working days.
Total Delivery Time
Most orders therefore arrive within 4–11 working days of being received.
Delivery Charges
All delivery charges are in GBP (£).
Orders from £0.00 to £499.99 are subject to a £4.99 UK delivery charge.
Orders of £500.00 and above qualify for free UK delivery.
The £500.00 threshold is based on the total value of the goods in your order, excluding the delivery charge.
Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided within 48 hours of dispatch, allowing you to monitor your order throughout the delivery process.
Missing or Incomplete Orders
If your order arrives incomplete or an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at info@noblepedal.co.uk. We will investigate with the supplier and courier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
Courier Services
Orders are delivered using trusted UK courier and logistics partners selected by the relevant supplier. The courier used may vary depending on the product, brand, size and delivery location.
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated time frames, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier issues, adverse weather conditions, or supplier-related delays. In such cases, we will keep customers informed and updated.
