Please note that branded components such as Shimano and SR Suntour are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorised modifications.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Electric Bikes (EAPC)
Most electric bikes are classified as Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs) and are legal to use on UK roads if they:
- Have a maximum motor power of 250W
- Do not assist beyond 15.5 mph (25 km/h)
- Require pedalling for motor assistance
EAPCs can be ridden without a licence, tax, or insurance, and are treated the same as regular bicycles.
