Warranty
Every DYU electric bike purchased from Noble Pedal includes a minimum 1-year warranty covering the frame, motor, battery, display, controller, and electrical components against manufacturing defects. The charger is covered by a 6-month warranty.
This warranty applies to normal personal use and does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, modifications, or damage caused by improper storage or maintenance.

If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns Policy.

Electric Bikes (EAPC)
Most electric bikes are classified as Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs) and are legal to use on UK roads if they:
- Have a maximum motor power of 250W
- Do not assist beyond 15.5 mph (25 km/h)
- Require pedalling for motor assistance
EAPCs can be ridden without a licence, tax, or insurance, and are treated the same as regular bicycles.
