The E-Go Lite 3S is a lightweight folding electric bike designed for riders who want a simple, practical, and low-maintenance solution for everyday travel. Building on the original Lite model, the 3S introduces internal gearing, torque-sensor assistance, and a belt drive system to create a smoother and more refined riding experience.

At the heart of the bike is a Shimano Nexus 3-speed internal gear hub paired with a responsive torque sensor. Unlike basic cadence systems, the torque sensor measures how hard you're pedalling and adjusts motor assistance accordingly, creating a natural and intuitive ride feel. Whether you're pulling away from traffic lights or tackling gentle inclines, assistance arrives smoothly and proportionally.

The belt drive system replaces a traditional chain, reducing maintenance while delivering quiet, clean, and consistent performance. With no chain lubrication required and no oily residue, it's particularly appealing for commuters who store their bike indoors or ride in everyday clothing.

Finishing touches help set the Lite 3S apart. Smoothed welds create a cleaner appearance, while internally routed cables give the frame a sleek and uncluttered look. Hydraulic disc brakes provide stopping power in a variety of weather conditions, and the Samsung seat-post battery keeps the bike's design clean and integrated.

Compact, lightweight, and easy to live with, the E-Go Lite 3S is a capable folding electric bike for commuting, leisure riding, and everyday urban travel.

Electric Bikes (EAPC)

Most electric bikes are classified as Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs) and are legal to use on UK roads if they:

• Have a maximum motor power of 250W
• Do not assist beyond 15.5 mph (25 km/h)
• Require pedalling for motor assistance

EAPCs can be ridden without a licence, tax, or insurance, and are treated the same as regular bicycles.
