Powered by a 48V 250W hub motor delivering an impressive 90Nm of torque, the Engine Pro 3.0 Boost offers strong climbing ability and smooth acceleration. The integrated torque sensor provides natural, responsive assistance that adjusts to your pedalling effort, creating a more intuitive riding experience than traditional cadence-based systems.
Its full suspension setup combines a hydraulic front fork with adjustable lockout and a 62mm rear suspension system, helping to absorb bumps and uneven terrain. The 20" × 4.0" puncture-protected urban hybrid tyres further enhance comfort, grip, and stability across a wide range of surfaces.
A premium Samsung 48V 15Ah battery delivers up to 130km of range, while the fast charger can significantly reduce charging times. Electric Bikes (EAPC)
Most electric bikes are classified as Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs) and are legal to use on UK roads if they:
- Have a maximum motor power of 250W
- Do not assist beyond 15.5 mph (25 km/h)
- Require pedalling for motor assistance
EAPCs can be ridden without a licence, tax, or insurance, and are treated the same as regular bicycles.
Electric Scooters
Privately owned e-scooters are currently not legal to use on public roads, pavements, or cycle lanes in the UK.
They may only be used:
- On private land
- With the landowner’s permission
