At the heart of the bike is the Mivice X700 mid-drive motor, delivering an impressive 100Nm of torque. This provides strong climbing performance and smooth assistance, particularly when riding with luggage or tackling steeper gradients. The integrated torque sensor ensures power delivery feels natural and responsive, adjusting assistance in line with your pedalling effort.
A high-capacity 48V 15Ah battery using premium Samsung 21700 cells delivers up to 160km of range under laboratory conditions, reducing charging frequency and making the bike ideal for regular riders. The fast charger helps minimise downtime, while the ENGWE IoT module provides GPS, Bluetooth, 4G connectivity, and app integration for added convenience.
With full suspension, puncture-protected 20" × 3.0" hybrid tyres, hydraulic disc brakes, integrated lighting, and a folding frame design, the L20 3.0 Pro offers an outstanding balance of comfort, capability, and practicality for everyday use.

Electric Bikes (EAPC)
Most electric bikes are classified as Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs) and are legal to use on UK roads if they:
- Have a maximum motor power of 250W
- Do not assist beyond 15.5 mph (25 km/h)
- Require pedalling for motor assistance
EAPCs can be ridden without a licence, tax, or insurance, and are treated the same as regular bicycles.
Electric Scooters
Privately owned e-scooters are currently not legal to use on public roads, pavements, or cycle lanes in the UK.
They may only be used:
- On private land
- With the landowner’s permission
