Powered by an Ananda 250W rear hub motor producing 50Nm of torque, the Vester delivers smooth and reliable assistance up to the UK legal limit of 15.5mph (25km/h). The cadence sensor and intelligent CAN control system work together to provide consistent power delivery, making hills easier and longer rides more enjoyable.
The removable Samsung 48V 14Ah battery provides up to 80km of assisted range, giving plenty of capacity for commuting, leisure riding, and weekend exploring. When it's time to charge, the battery can be removed easily for added convenience.
Comfort is a major strength of the Vester. The low step-through frame makes mounting and dismounting effortless, while the front suspension fork and wide 20" x 4" puncture-resistant fat tyres help absorb bumps, uneven surfaces, and rough terrain. Electric Bikes (EAPC)
Most electric bikes are classified as Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycles (EAPCs) and are legal to use on UK roads if they:
- Have a maximum motor power of 250W
- Do not assist beyond 15.5 mph (25 km/h)
- Require pedalling for motor assistance
EAPCs can be ridden without a licence, tax, or insurance, and are treated the same as regular bicycles.
Electric Scooters
Privately owned e-scooters are currently not legal to use on public roads, pavements, or cycle lanes in the UK.
They may only be used:
- On private land
- With the landowner’s permission
